Jessica is a People & Organizational Expert with over twenty years of experience. She has led and delivered projects in the Middle East, Europe and the GCC across multiple industries, including Banking, Engineering & Construction, Oil & Gas, Fashion, FMCG and High-tech. Prior to founding her own consulting company, she served in a variety of roles at a leading regional bank, specializing in Recruitment and Selection, Organizational Development, and Talent Management. Jessica offered several trainings in management systems. She also lectures graduate students at Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth on Strategic Human Resources Management and Organizational Psychology.
She has a Master’s Degree in Business Psychology from Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth, and the world renowned Train the Trainer Certification. She is also qualified in Transactional Analysis. Jessica has a flexible, action-oriented, and practical approach in working as a consultant, facilitator, and counselor. She is dedicated to achieving excellence in ways that support integrity and a collaborative spirit.
